This menu is our effort to propose a modern Italian fine-dining experience in New York. Over a century of collaborating with the world's best chefs has given us precious insights and influenced our style. The tasting menu is inspired by the current season and is carefully paced. The research of ingredients is a central phase of developing our recipes, whether they come from Union Square Farmer’s market, straight from Italy, or a remote part of the Planet, they play an essential part in the creation of a dish. Portions are balanced to make the guest fly lightly through an ideal five-sense journey, from the seven courses to our seasonal dessert. Within 90 minutes, Chef Alessio Rossetti will guide you through a culinary experience featuring creativity, refined technique, and the finest ingredients, presented in a modern style.
